The book is called the deep by Nick Cutter. It's an interesting interpretation we've taken on this subject. If you're interested in the submersible stuff and you like getting like creeped out by that read the deep because it's really creepy. The pressure element of it especially tells me like humans are not met. Like you would need to invent something that would allow you to overcome nature, which is saying do not come down here. Your brain cannot. You're going to explode. We should leave that to the creatures.
