The Predictability of Nanographs

The time between the pulses is extraordinarily predictable. When this thing spins it spins at a very specific rate and when a pulse reaches earth it reaches earth very very regularly. But something that is amazing and it makes the physics that nanograph is doing possible is that the whole thing is super duper regular. It doesn't wiggle a lot. I guess just because it's an object in space spinning and so therefore it's pretty regular. The suns even flip every once in a while as does the magnetic field of the solar system.
