i am oddly bullish on their ability to prevail. I thing ripples going with the strategy of really trying to compare ripple to a theorum and pointing at the ways that a theorem had these key points of centralization. It's thot a bad comparison. And the s c they've lost cases before, you nowt have lost ac c capital case. i could see them losing the ripple case.
