In Kansas, 44% of our registered voters are Republican. And so they put it on that ballot because they hoped that that would ensure that it would pass. There was some polling back in at the end of last year that made it very clear that we could win this. We just needed to be able to communicate in a way that resonated with a broad and diverse coalition of voters.
