In a sense, you're getting humans to go back to being relaxed in a natural state. So the key element is resilience, picking yourself back up and not getting locked into faulty assumptions or judgmental behavior. Ah, with performers, that's such a big one - they're so often self critical. And i really got em away from that yests. It's an interesting thing, as when you're doing whatever it is, whatever art form, and if you're self critical, you're not in the thing. Well, that's right. So if you're in the thing, you can't, you can’t do both.
