I agree with what Steve said and Bono would say. A professional investor would be taking pain. It would likely have his risk manager tapping him on the shoulder right now. So I do think there's a certain psychological aspect. And then you look at the housing boom that happened throughout that same period. That offers an alternative to where you would be investing those dollars.
