The Troubles of Harvey Oswald
He was a troubled man with a troubled career. He graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point in 1931, but there wasn't a major war on at the time. By the late 1950s, the US Civil Rights Movement had begun and it advocated equal rights for black and white Americans. In 1957, an effort was made to integrate Little Rock Central High School in Arkansas. President Dwight D. Eisenhower invoked the insurrection act of 1807 to allow the US armed forces to be deployed for domestic law enforcement situation.
