Rubin: There are all these questions about Biden's mental acuity, and maybe he never had that many marbles to start with. The version of it I often wonder about is whether his inability to address these questions or speak with them is that actually a feature more than a bug. If you had sort of a very sharp liberal person, like Pete Buttigieg, it would just look ridiculous. He'd be trying to give us explanations, and they would look so absurd.
