Cicero's Speech on Catalymed

Cicero tells the Senate that Catalymed's associate, Manlius, was gathering troops in Naturia. He also says there was another attempt by Catalymed to seize control of a nearby city and Cicero thwarted him. And then he recounts some events where he says, I anticipated you, Catalymed. All your plans are as clear as daylight to us.
