The Effects of Range of Motion on Muscle Development

A bodybuilder would make a different decision about how they perform bench press than a power lifter. One's trying to train the muscles that, you know, a bench press trains and the other one is trying to maximize their bench. Longer range of motion produced better hypertrophy according to studies.
