Is Ice a Good Anti-Inflammatory?
There's new emerging evidence that ice doesn't really do anything. Ice isn't going to do any worse unless you apply ice packs in correctly, an start getting ice burn. Anti inflammation medication should be taken very cautiously. Heat rubs and a deep heat are OK if they make you feel better.
