I Love That Break Through

Scott had never run ten miles in his life, but did it with a jeff galloway method. One of the first breakthroughs that i had as i was just getting into the sport. When i got home, i thought, i just ran ten miles, and i'm not tired. It's always going to be a surprise. You cannot plan for it. If you put in the consistent work, you're guaranteed to have the break through. But once you're there, you just try to keep it... And i love that break through. I can call back to first break through that i can at least recall,. where i hit a fitness level that i hadn't achieved before.
