How to Get a Better Sense of Dead Lines

All my co founders are technical, so we didn't really run into this problem in the early days. I found more recently, with dead lines, a kind of the trick that i've started using is, in one of ones, actually asking each person what they think will happen over the next three or four weeks. And typically the end result is like ha wisdom of the crowds, where it's kind of the average of all three or four answers.
