How to Use PG Eventser to Update a Database Table

QJS is a Postgres client in that very narrow sense. It literally connects to the database directly using the Postgres connection protocol. PD Eventser sets up a native database connection on its side to the database and says, hey, database, I am interested in Channel Saleboat. When the notification comes up, PG Eventser gets on the database side, flips it over and sends it on to the website. And it does that using a technology called WebSockets. With WebSockets, it's possible for the server to be in control of what data you're looking at.
