Geto is the principle of looking for the greatest level of return based on time, money and resources invested. Getmo stands for enough to move on. In my world, i'll give you an example: If i spend about eight hours on a talk, i can get it to about 90 % of the quality level. If i spend 20 hours on the talk, I can get it about to 95%.
