I'm thinking a lot of containerized services, probably next cloud home assistant. I've looked at some older server hardware, you know, kind of like a Dell R610 or something like that. And I honestly don't know if that's a good choice to start off with. So what I would suggest you do is virtualize with something like an R610, R710. If you want the quote unquote proper way to do it, you should get a four post rack.
