In Ireland, the closest thing to classiness in irish was when you removed the skin from the potato. In times of famine, we would have eaten the skin as well as the potato. So now you've got these potato wedges in the hot dally counter with the skin on em. And then they're gong, that's just how it is. They're french. It's quizin to france. This is continental.
