I think there is as much appetite for longing for humility in our leaders to day as there's ever been. People fundamentally are always doing exactly what you say, defaulting to the truth they want to believe. I don't know if my mind was changed, but it certainly was opened by reading this book. The thing that you most want to do is to get people to think differently about something. You have to be just as you need to be for them in that moment. And i'm going to go and read it again, because it's done that thing in every chapter.
