Is Sola Scriptura True?

I don't accept that the church of Jesus Christ is restricted to one institution. I see the church in every way the church is described, reflected in multiple institutions. Is Sola Scriptura a doctrine God wants everyone to know is true? In general, yes. But it would be kind of like asking, is the Roman Catholic positiontrue prior to the Council of Trent or you could say, is theRoman Catholic position true prior to the completion of the can or something like that? It's not the RomanCatholic position nor Sola Scripturas neither one is designed to function irrespective of context and what time in history you live in.
