How Much Time Does It Take to Self Manage?
Sally Kohn: It's very alive for me at the moment because I'm kind of exploring in my personal and professional life. There's this theme of being kind of, I guess you could say like dis empowered within myself. And even with a group of colleagues, for example, it's taken so long for me to let down that kind of pretense of having it all together. She says she empathizes with people who think self managing organizations have given everyone permission to self manage but they don't live it.
