How to Make a Stargazy Pie

I'm actually from Yorkshire, so maybe it's my roots coming back. Like I remember doing a three bird pie once. Four and twenty black bird baked in a pie. Would that have been real? It was very common for empty pie dishes to be baked. So just baked something like on a cylinder of metal used. And inside, yep, live birds, live frogs! The Cornish one is called Stargazy because they're all looking upwards.
