Cabes Fion and His Crew

Lucas was kidnapped by Cabes Fion and his crew in the favela of Vermeljo, Rio de Janeiro. He told them he would not work for CV but they tied him up with a pole then poured petrol on him. Lucas died after tellingCV that if war got out all sorts of people would also tell them what had happened to him. His sister says she has never fully recovered from her brother's death.
