Is There a Need for Advance Mentalizing?

In judeo christian society, where charity and involvement in community is more more likely to be one of the spiritual tenets that are expressed. Whereas in the asian tradition, where a carmal often is the vehicle that solves people from responsibility across the society we need. And i don't think it's a question of not enough resources. I think there needs to be some shift in this understanding,. We are just pulling all the resources out of everybody and sticking them into the top one hundredth of a % of the population. Admittedly, that will provide the very privileged few the opportunity to develop these advanced levels of mentalizing. But can we rely on that? And at what cost
