The Importance of Learning to Work Right

A lot of people that do you build a lot of career capital. Do it do we throw it away because we are looking for that new fresh free autonomous thing? That's also a natural thing that happens like as you become an expert in your field or as you develop a lot of Career Capital. You get control generally you also get responsibility.
