Do You Have a Disappointment in Graduate School?
Many therapists in training experience disappointment at some level or another during their graduate training and supervision experience. There are different ways that you can sort of interpret and act on your disappointment, right? We don't want the perfect to become the enemy of the good, so to speak. And i have seen far too many therapists confuse moral injury with being let down by a pretty good education and burn out in what the field is and does for them.
