How to Improve Your Morning Routine

If you're not getting enough sleep this is going to be having a massive impact on your gut and hormones. To have a healthy gut and balanced hormones and an optimized metabolism it's really, really important that we get enough sleep. Aim for a minimum of eight hours sleep a night but some nights will only get six or seven. We want to incorporate stress reduction into our morning routine by keeping our phones in flight mode first thing in the morning. Getting some movement in also helps kick start your digestive system and get your gut moving which supports your hormones and metabolism as well.
