i first met vladimir putton in the spring of 19 91, that's the year the soviet union collapsed. And i want to be honest, it seemed to me that vlatimer putton was an opportunist,. He was not out there on the streets with the communists or the nationalists. But that's not what his career said. He was an insider, worked his way up. Those things are things that change later. But right from the getgo, he was anti democratic.
