How Many People Watched the Thumb?

So far, i really don't know how many people watch the thumb. But i keep getting all these messages from all over the world. And that really touched me, because i think that's what films are for. So again, i now, you go, just very quickly. I'm working on organizing a tour of screening all over egypt in different cities and villages.
