The Importance of Mexico in the Stock Market

Mexican equities are not known for treating there. It kind of has a collegial environment where you have families that run most of the companies and they kind of treat them as their own private fiefdoms. I think that probably, if you look at in dollar terms, some Mexican stock market peaked back in 2012. And it's been kind of an 11 year bear market. So there's just not really much interest. There's hardly any IPOs. But you've got positive fundamentals. You've got earnings growth. The peso has been appreciating. I've done a ton of foreign direct investment coming in.
