How to Hedging Your Positions
I rarely hedge my stock portfolio. I've always said that for every $16,000 in long calls or long leveraged options, you should have $1,000 hedged against it. A hedge is not supposed to offset 100% of your losses, but it's supposed to mitigate some of the risk that you're taking. It doesn't seem that all we have are by the dips, but, you know, it's definitely, I always try to keep some sort of hedge on my options book.
