The Proletarian's Struggles to Protect and Enhance Their Conditions of Life
Protestants aim to replace capitalist bureaucratic discipline with proletarian democratic centralism. The larger the numbers of workers in a workplace, the greater their social power and the more they feel this power. Those engaged in relatively poorly paid and low skilled manual work will predominate amongst this layer. When these proletarian's are organized in genuinely class independent institutions, they aim to protect and enhance their conditions of life.
