The Challenges of Working in a Large Company

When you worked at Edmonds.com, you establish all the UX research efforts there. What was the most challenging part of doing this and how did you work through this challenge? I think the answer is it depends, but I do see that it's a little bit easier for larger companies to absorb a larger number of more junior researchers.
