Alan Weisman: Today we're going to be talking about community culture and relationships. The first wave of COVID was the health crisis, which is basically a lung infection but then there's the mental health and psychological dimension. Wave two was the fact that health systems will become easily overwhelmed.wave three was all about flattening the top of the curve, flattening ventilators, our PPE,. All of those sort of basic things to make sure the health system worked.Wave four would have been collaborative communities, culture and all of those types of issues. So that's really the sort of focus today. And in particular, the role of companies as leaders.
