I definitely think there was something up with the neighbor's friend. Maybe he was just going through a really hard time and just gave off negative bad vibes. Ari's never encountered him outside of that setting either. But it does sound like there is something in Ari's room now. I am curious because Ari said that she's staged a couple times, but I wonder if there's been like quiet after those moments and then it picks back up or what happens after staging.
