The GCP is a new public policy school based in New Delhi. It was set up by former Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his son-in-law Ravi Agrawal. The program aims to train people who have one foot in the policy domain but are also passionate about it. A key part of its success has been building an interstitial space between other areas of study, says Agrawala.
