I want you to have a long term mindset when it comes to your body. Do not try to be like every average person out there who's trying to lose it within a six week timeframe. What if you gave yourself an entire year to lose the weight and also keep it off? Wouldn't that take the pressure off of you? So stop chasing the fast ways,. focus on the fundamentals, focus on the foundations and build those up. And what you're going to find is when you get the foundations right, then anything that you add to the house is just going to be window dressing because the foundation has been taken care of.
