Is There a Level Five Leader?

A level five leader is someone who cares fanatically about the organization. Bookworm: I've been under some great leaders, but i don't think anyone that's been at this level here. The difference there is simply the perspective that people have towards themselves and is probably tied to a growth mind set. You can decide at any point yet, as is really important to me, and i want to invest more in this, and that means that you can, you can achieve it.
