I'm curious even though we haven't figured that out yet what are some examples of organizations or even individual leaders that have had some success at being able to do that. The successful cases all seem to start when top management is by themselves or with help is orchestrated through a process of literally creating some clarity around what the big opportunities are in front of them. We often put together just for lack of a better term an urgency group a bunch of volunteers who want to help create a sense of urgency around this kind of big opportunity statement throughout the organization and turn them loose.
