Let People Feel Understand

If we can make everybody else feel understood without even agreeing with em, we can make this world a better place. So many times we get engulfed in our story, so we know what we're thinking,. and we might not be where our prospects are. Enter conversations going on in their head, not ours. We've evolved to a place where people don't even listen any more. Theyre just waiting for you to shut up so they can talk. I'm not talking about faking it, but live in their moments.
