The Problem With String Literal Translation

Rust has a region of memory called static for kind of weird esoteric reasons. It's like the read only section of memory, right? And it's part of the like actual compiled executable. Like that string, if you say hello world and you put that into your program, the bytes for that are actually in your compiled Rust program on your disk. That's what we're asking for.
