Is Bim a Deliverable?

The gold long term for our industry is bim isn't deliverable. I think part of it is place holders within your model. If you detail too soon in a model, then you end udand a change happens. It's this crescendo of work towards the end of the project. And try to add all those detail ements you know you have, but didn't want to put in because things were potentially changing. That's where bad communications happen.
