When I got involved, we were about a $11 million non-profit. Today, we're about almost a $40 million non-profits. All our folks that we serve are victims of complex trauma at a young age. We help them change their life going forward in a positive way. And through the context of a job provides stability so they can become resilient enough to take on what society throws up them.
