The Haunted Places in Utah

Since the 19 thirties, people have taken small pieces of petrified wood. Many believe there's an ancient curse connected to the wood and if you remove it from the park, bad luck will curse you for as long as you have possession of it. There is an exhibit in the park dedicated to the accursed visitors. The stories of the thieves fill the room with tales of prison, divorce, medical problems, losing their jobs and even death.
