The Standard of Perfectionism in the Workplace
If you feel the pressure from others to perform at a certain level, which may not be in line with one your capability or your own personal expectation, you might feel anxious or have anxiety. It's interesting, because an expectation of some one else on you is the standard of perfect right? So maybe you wouldn't say perfectionism in the work place is a negative thing. But if i don't learn how to navigate myself, my mind, my energy in helpful ways, i then become a sort of vicarious participant in my own challenges that i complain about.
