A decade of political in fighting, economic decline and widespread frustration with the political class has led up to this moment. But despite the monumental nature of a constitutional referendum, the political atmosphere in cenesia these days feels decidedly muted,. like its wilted in the summer heat, gone on siesta. This week we travel to towns and cities around the country and talk to politicians, activists and regular chinisians as they make their choice - vote yea nay or simply stay away from the poles.
