The Importance of Designing to the Process
There's an element of everybody being very different and special. They don't want to buy something off the peg. We are starting to hear lots of challenges to that in terms of people saying, do you know what, I want something at the point of need. So those people who are entrenched to traditional design methods are going to find that the satisfaction rates are going to start falling down because people are starting to want different things.
