Wind and Solar Tax Credits - A Good Deal?

For every one ton of carbon omissions that the deal puts out, it takes away 24 tons. It's a good deal because the coal industry says that it will hurt the coal industry. A lot of nimb types who won't let solar farms or, okno, wind farms go up on their property or in their area. And we need to make it easier to create those projects, or else we'r oing to get stuck ind bureaucratic morass and never do nything.
