The Importance of Resting Heart Rate in Training

HRV does represent a lot, but I think sometimes it depends so heavily on how it's measured and where exactly you're at in sleep cycles or whatever. For me, one or two beats per minute and resting heart rate is a huge signal. Do you know what I'm up on as a general tool? Is basal body temperature tracking for female athletes? Whoa. Where's the thermometer go? I actually can go on your... That was a good noise. Ad: "That's the noise that you make when something goes up your butt"
