In dialogue, how could you be so stupid? Alice shouted angrily. Mara looked like she was about to cry. I'm sorry. Verses just tell you that all this character is sad because of this. So if you save those more for bigger issues, it makes more of an impact. You know, whend you show specific images, you can better understand what the character is emotionally going through.
