How Do You Get in the Groove of Showering?

You can eather, start hot and then move to cold. Something happens called the mammalian dive reflex when cold water interacts with our eye sockets. So if you take about six deep breaths worth of time with just the water on the top of your head, running down your face, that protects your body. And then once you're in there, your goal should be to be in there for two to three minutes. That's where you're going to start to see the physiological benefit.
